The Dashboard is the first screen displayed.
To return to the Dashboard at any time select
For quick access to a known appliance or part, type full or part details into the search bar and press the Enter key or . See Search section for more detail.
The list of recently viewed items will be populated with appliances that have been viewed during the recent sessions.
Click the Browse button to go to the alphabetical list of manufacturers.
Select an alphabetical range for appliance manufacturers, A-D, E-H, etc or within a range, select a single letter to narrow the choice of manufacturer. Click the required manufacturer.
The left hand column shows the available appliance types for the selected manufacturer. Click the required appliance type to display the associated model ranges in the right hand column, e.g. boilers in the example above.
Click this icon to see navigation options. Click the required appliance type to display the associated model ranges in the right hand column, e.g. boilers in the example above.
Click a model range to display all variants of that model.
Select the required model to show the model details and a list of the parts list sections.
Note: The hierarchy location within the dataset builds up across the top of the screen as users navigate through the data. Each part of the hierarchy is a hyperlink to jump directly back to that place in the navigation.
Exploded Views and Parts Lists
Select a parts list section to display the exploded view (where available) with associated parts below it.
To change the screen orientation to have parts alongside the image, click

|| Show/hide graphic control toolbar.
|| Fit the image to the available space on screen.
||Where the appliance has more than one exploded view, move between the different images. The middle box shows the current image number and the total number of images.For example, if there are 7 exploded views, you can move to the fourth page by typing the number 4 into the box and hitting go.
||Display the image at full resolution and centred on the screen.
||Zoom in to the image.
||Zoom out of the image.
The mouse scroll wheel can also be used to zoom in or out and if using a tablet, pinch-zoom also works.
Move the exploded view to the desired position using the four quadrant cursor icons or drag with the mouse. On a tablet, finger swipe also works.
The middle cross icon centres the exploded view at the zoom level currently selected.
Click to display the full list of exploded views for the selected appliance.From here, you can navigate to other exploded views by clicking the relevent part
Link from the exploded view to the associated part in the parts list by clicking on the red hotspot surrounding an item number on the image.
The parts list scrolls to show the selected part at the top of the parts list window and highlights the part.
The parts list shows information provided by the manufacturer which may vary by manufacturer. Some lists display additional information such as part status or part photographs.
Click a key number in the parts list to highlight the part on the exploded view. If the part is not showing on the current exploded view and is available on another view, this is automatically displayed. The part is highlighted on the image with a pin to show the item.
If a part photograph is available, the icon is displayed. Click the icon or the part description to show the part details including the photograph.
To order this part, click ADD TO CART. The part is then in the shopping basket for purchase. Change the quantity to order more than one item and include a job reference if required.
Click the X in the Part Information banner to return to the displayed parts list without adding the part to the basket.
Click the Filter button to filter the data based on chosen criteria such as appliance type, model range, fuel and other attributes.
Use the dropdown selections to filter the data. For example to select a single manufacturer or brand, use the dropdown box below “Manufacturer” and scroll to the required manufacturer.
As different options are chosen from the filters, the remaining filters only display data corresponding to the other options chosen.
When all filter selections have been made, click to show appliances relating to the chosen selections.
In the example below, “Baxi” has been selected as Manufacturer and “Bahama” as model range. All other filters have been left at default.
Click the filter critera button to return to the filter criteria screen.
Click the View button or model name to display model detail and parts list sections.
Click the Search button to display the search screen.
In the Word Search box, type the required word or part number then click
Note: the system will only search for exact part numbers or complete words.
If too many results are displayed, these can be reduced by using the filters in the search scope area below the Word Search. This enables the search to be limited to chosen criteria.
Click the search critera button to return to the search scope area.
Follow the link from the Results pane to the required model.
The model sceen will show a green marker against the documents or parts lists that contain the term being searched for
When searching for a part number, following the links from the Results pane will display the parts list with the part number shown at the top of the parts list display, highlighted in red.
